I have been living in New York city for about three years now and I have never been to any new places other than the typical tourist attractions. I visited the same places almost ten times now with different sets of people. I recently started discovering NYC through Instagram posts and various other blogs.
I saw these cute bears on MissChloenyc‘s profile and wanted to visit them so bad. They are on display at Galerie Perrotin through June 8, 2019. Sadly, it was closed the day I visited -which is when I decided to just stroll on the streets and fell in love. Orchard street is one of the main thoroughfares of the neighbourhood. With so much history and culture, it can be difficult to navigate through the sprawling district but its totally worth it.
I started from the Essex station which has a beautifully tiled fish all over the walls.

I made a quick stop to grab my bubble tea at this very cute tea place (DIU TEA).

The seven blocks between Canal and Houston Streets are lined with historic tenements, trendy eateries, boutiques, art galleries, and second-hand clothing stores.

P.S: This is a very small part of Orchard Street and there is so much more to do.
