I live in newYork and get to visit Ground Zero quite often. I have been to the WTC recently on the New Year’s eve and guess what ? The entire area is flooded with colours making the entire place Look so cheerful. They’re in Financial District all around The Oculus Plaza so make sure to walk on all those streets (and crossing streets) where the Oculus and 9/11 Memorial Plaza is.
